9:15 - 10:45 "How to Motivate and Get the Most Out of Your Staff"
Dr. Jerry Osteryoung is the Executive Director of the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at, Florida State University. Dr. Osteryoung has written eight books, hundreds of articles, and is a well known speaker. He has consulted throughout the state and writes a weekly column for the Tallahassee Democrat.

11:00 - 12:00 "Library Reorganization in the Face of Changing Realities"
Roxanne Sellberg is Assistant University Librarian for Technical Services and Resource Management at Northwestern University Library in Evanston, IL and is also responsible for the library’s collection development, business, finance, and budget operations. Over the course of two decades in four large academic libraries, she has been involved in strategic planning, system migrations, digitization, and library reorganizations. One of her publications won the Best of Library Resources & Technical Services (LRTS) Award. She will propose that reorganization provides a framework for examining, implementing, and integrating new work products and processes.

1:15 - 2:15 "Improving Library Process - With or Without Technology"
Lisa Manners is a Branch Manager of the Deerfield Beach Percy White Library in Broward County. She and her very innovative staff have led the Broward County System with several pilot projects. She will describe one project that involved using various types of technology to help make day to day operations work more efficiently. Then she will present a process improvement project to shorten the time to return library materials from book drop to shelf. Some surprising discoveries have helped this team a great deal in these trying times.

2:30 - 3:30 “Sources of Sustainable Funding"
Dr. Jill Canono, currently with the State Library and Archives of Florida, has over 25 years of experience building community collaborations, leading organizational improvement efforts, and facilitating professional development initiatives and programs. She has worked on several continents facilitating learning opportunities for government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and small businesses.
